So try this out. According to ACIM, any kind of upset is part of hell
So anytime you experience any level of upset today think over the words of the day.
I find it’s always easier to disappear the upset and experience the miracle when the upset is smaller.
When the upset is big you might find you are more tempted to keep it. That’s the proof in the pudding, so to speak.
